We are a small business and try to accommodate as many of our furry friends as possible. We tend to book up quickly, especially during holidays. We often have waiting lists of clients who are searching for accommodations.

No, we do not charge extra for holiday reservations. At Carefree Pet Resort, holidays include the weeks of:

• New Year’s
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

Please Note: Our lobby is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Someone is here to take care of guests, but we close the lobby so our staff members can enjoy more time with their families.

Like most human hotels, we have a check-out time. Check-out is before 6:30 pm on the last day of your pet’s reservation. If you need to pick them up after 6:30 pm, a $20 late check-out fee will apply.

Open all day on Sunday, we don't charge an additional fee for picking up on Sunday.
