Dog Daycare Requirements
To ensure your dog is a good fit, we require a visit before you can make your dog’s first daycare reservation. This visit lasts 4 hours and gives you an opportunity to tour the resort, check out the guest casitas, playroom, and restroom, meet the staff, and be introduced to some new friends. The daycare is how parents, pets, and staff can determine if our daycare is right for your canine companion. We’ll also complete paperwork and get your dog all set up for future stays during this visit.
